Qualifying Fees

THIS FORM IS FOR USE BY SHOW MANAGEMENT ONLY.
Use the form on this page to electronically submit the qualification fees and results from your show. Payments are processed through PayPal. Fee is $15 per horse/rider combination and must be submitted within 14 days of the show.
