Out of Region Qualifying Fees

Use the form on this page to electronically submit your qualification fees for out-of-Region shows. Payments are processed through PayPal and must be received within two weeks of the show date.

Fee is $25 per horse/rider combination per level and division.

Only one score per horse/rider/level/division may be earned at a show that is not approved by the SWDC as long as:

The show is outside of Region 9 and recognized by USEF/USDF
The rider submits the score (a copy of the front of a signed dressage test) and a fee of $25.00 to the SWDC Qualifying Secretary within two weeks of the end of the competition.
NOTE: if the score is not received within the two weeks, it will not count.
