Out of Region Qualifying Fees

Use the form on this page to electronically submit your qualification fees for out-of-Region shows. Payments are processed through PayPal and must be received within two weeks of the show date. If you experience any issues with the form below, please contact the webmaster.

Fee is $25 per horse/rider combination per level and division.

Only one score per horse/rider/level/division may be earned at a show that is not approved by the SWDC as long as:

The show is outside of Region 9 and recognized by USEF/USDF
The rider submits the score (a copy of the front of a signed dressage test) and a fee of $25.00 to the SWDC Qualifying Secretary within two weeks of the end of the competition.
NOTE: if the score is not received within the two weeks, it will not count.
